Zaniyla Rose Hill-Conley

Zaniyla Rose Hill-Conley, affectionately known as Sugar Momma, Baby Z, ZZ, and Granny Girl, was born on August 5, 2024, and brought joy, light, and love into the world from the moment she arrived. On August 6, 2025, after one beautiful year of life, she went home to be with the Lord.

Zaniyla’s bright, affectionate smile could light up any room, and her sweet, loving nature touched everyone she met. She was truly a perfect baby, full of warmth, personality, and joy that everyone who knew her could feel.

She attended Learning Tots Daycare as well as Auntie Ana’s Childcare, where she was cared for and loved deeply. Her days were filled with simple joys, watching her favorite TV shows Gracie’s Corner, Ms. Rachel, and Baddies with Mommy, taking walks with her mommy, enjoying lunch dates, and splashing happily in the bath. She was just beginning to enjoy the pool and always lit up when she heard music, especially when watching her favorite shows with her daddy.

Zaniyla had a love for food that brought smiles to those around her. She especially enjoyed mashed potatoes, French fries, cheese doodles, applesauce, eggs, and any type of noodles.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Hamson Lamar Conley; cousin, Delilah; and great-grandparents, Betty and Raymond Headspeth.

Zaniyla leaves a legacy of love in the hearts of her parents, Elisha Hill and Teshawn Conley; her sister, Lamarianna Conley; grandparents Raysheen and Wayne Griffin, Tammy Sturdivant and Elihue Hill; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She held a special bond with her dear aunt, Armani Bannerbie, and was loved by so many who will cherish her memory forever.

Though her time here was brief, the joy, light, and love she shared will forever shine in the hearts of those who knew her.
