Theresa Pittman Polak of Schenectady New York transitioned from this life on January 21, 2023. After a
brief health battle. Theresa was born on March 5, 1961, in Schenectady to her Predeceased Parents
Odell and Mary Pittman, one of 14 other siblings.
Theresa was educated in the Schenectady school system loved music, loved especially jazz, crossword
puzzles, sudoku ,her family dearly and extended family.
Theresa is predeceased by her loving parents Odell and Mary, Brothers James, William and Earl, Sisters
Deborah and her recently deceased sister Jane Issac (January 17,2023).
She is survived by husband Thomas Polak and siblings Rose Gibson, Odell Jr, Cynthia Carter, Darlene,
Roger (Rhonda), Jessee (Joyce, deceased), Jean, Jan Keith, Darryl (Vickey), and her sister-in-law Shelia
(Earl) and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Theresa Polak will be missed and remembered by family and friends.
Memorial services for Theresa and her beloved sister Jane will be held on March 4,2023 at Hibernians
