Heem’s  Obituary

Shaheem Ezekiel-Glavatiek Smith was born on December 4, 1993 in Albany, NY to Susan Rollin and Howard Smith. He departed this life on April 26, 2024.

Shaheem aka Heem, graduated from Albany High School in 2013 where he earned his high school diploma. In 9th grade, his goal was to be the most popular student by his senior year. He achieved that goal and was nominated Homecoming King! 

Shaheem was known for setting Fashion trends and Creating Music. He was known by his friends as “Sino Kartel…the Music Man. He had a big heart and loved sharing his talents with everyone he met. 

He ended every conversation with “Stay Up, Stay Blessed, Stay Safe!

Shaheem is survived by his “lil-big” sister Kendra L. Neal of Albany, NY, his brother Christopher Wm. Holcomb (wife-Hannah) of Schenectady, NY, his sister Alexis M. Holcomb of Ellenwood, GA.,  his mother Susan Rollin, his father Howard Smith and step-father Kenneth Neal. He also leaves behind two nephews Nasir Lanier and Benaiah Holcomb who adored and loved him.

Shaheem was a loving son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle and friend…he will be greatly missed and never forgotten by us all!
