Early Sunday morning January 28, 2024 at 3:56AM Reba Jamilah Johnson, 51 of Albany New York peacefully passed on in her sleep.
Reba was born on December 19, 1972 In Albany New York the daughter of Mary E. Dean and Malcolm Johnson Jr. Reba was a beautiful respected well known woman in Albany New York. She was known most for her genuine love and generosity to truly all life she came across. Reba was truly one of a kind, in her younger years she attended Almega Academy where she learned about black culture and discovered her love for acting(Drama class) and sign language. Reba was a jack of many talents she was an entrepreneur/boxer with her father Malcolm Johnson Jr. at C.O.B.R.A Youth Education Athletic Organization in Albany New York. Reba enjoyed being around love and helping others in anyway that she can and making everyone laugh until they cry, as she had a great sense of humor among many other great qualities of character she’ll be remembered by. To know Reba was to love Reba she was always the life of the party. She will be greatly missed and always remembered for her kind heart, loyalty, love for animals, and her great sense of humor. Reba was a beloved daughter, mother, nana, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. Her love for doing for others will never go unnoticed or forgotten.
She leaves behind to mourn Mother: Mary E. Dean, Step Mother Christina Pierce Siblings: Malcolm Johnson III Children: Jasmine Slade, and Ameerah Page Grandchildren: Jah’Zeer Leno, Kyle Tillery, and Amari Bertrand. Nephews: Camaryn Smith, and Marcus Johnson, god daughter Dre’ona Easley and a host of uncles aunts cousins and extend family.
