Pamela L. Allah, 47, passed away on Wednesday morning August 22, 2018 at Ellis Hospital after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Silver Springs Maryland, Pamela was the daughter of the late William and Donna(Wood) West. Pamela volunteered with community outreach for HIV support and was also a local advocate in her community. Pamela was a former employee for BJ's Wholesale warehouse in Albany, NY before becoming ill.
Pamela had a kind and caring soul for all children. During her battle with gallbladder cancer she became the inspiration for many older women who were stricken with the same illness, she began to talk with them and talk in front of groups of people and is an advocate for terminal gallbladder cancer in women.
Pamela is survived by her Husband Divinegod Allah of Albany, NY, her children; Justin Smith, Jayden West, Jaheem West, Giovanni Martinez, Divinegod Allah, Jr., Keyona West, Shanice Williams, and Nakeia West, seven grandchildren as well as her two sisters; Angela Moore and Paige Ward.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Pamela's life on Friday, August 31st at 10:00am, preceded by Visitation on Thursday, August 30th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the
