Marcia Knowles

Born April 8, 1951 to Theadore B. Knowles II and Marjorie (Kittel) Knowles and grandparents Chester A. and Harriett (Jackson) Kittel, all deceased.

Marcia retired in 2010 from the NYS Comptroller’s Office after a 40 year career.

Survived by her children Colyn (Tamesha) Brace of Pineville, NC and Tawana Brace of Providence, RI, along with three grandchildren Eryn, Dana, Colyn, Jr (deceased) and Cassius, and four godchildren, Danyle Matthews, Kaitlin and KathllynMarable and Timothy Robertson, all of Albany, NY and siblings Theresa Knowles Smalls, Lynne Knowles, Theo B. (Vacari Arrington) Knowles III and Lance (Arkeva) Knowles of Albany, NY as well as many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
