Kyle Brent Harris, III

In just eight years, Kyle lived with so much joy, so much curiosity, and so much love. He was charismatic in a way that could brighten any room, his laughter came easily, and his humor was pure magic. His intelligence shone through everything he touched. 

Dinosaurs fascinated him. Superheroes inspired him. Hot Wheels thrilled him. Kyle was our superhero, brave, kind, and full of imagination. With his tender heart, his courage, and his boundless creativity, he made the world a better, brighter place.

Kyle’s love for reading and music revealed the depth of his brilliance. At All Saints Catholic Academy, he absorbed knowledge like a sponge. At Guilderland Music School, he learned notes, explored instruments, and filled our home with songs of joy,  the kind of melodies that stay in your heart forever.

Kyle loved to travel and dream up worlds of adventure. Losing him feels impossible; there are no words big enough for this pain. But we hold onto the gift of his life, his laughter, his hugs, his sparkle, his dreams.

The way he ran. The way he sang. The way he loved. Kyle changed us. He shaped us. He made us better. Our sweet boy, our shining star, thank you. Thank you for every giggle, every song, every “I love you.” We will carry you with us always. You’ll forever be our pride, our joy, our beloved son
