Kirk Audwyn Samora Jones was born on November 10, 1986, in Georgetown, Guyana, to loving parents, Sandra Jones Williams and the late Selwyn Jones. From an early age, Kirk was known for his warm spirit, strong sense of family, and quiet determination.

At the age of 18, Kirk and his family migrated to Albany, New York in April of 2006, where he built a life rooted in hard work and connection. He was employed at Albany Medical Center for 10 years in the Receiving and Distributing Department, where he was a dedicated and dependable employee, respected by those who worked alongside him.

Throughout his adult life, Kirk faced significant health challenges, These challenges greatly impacted his ability to continue working consistently and limited opportunities for career advancement. Despite these obstacles, Kirk remained resilient, showing courage and determination as he navigated life with grace and humility.

Kirk was a devoted father who cherished his children, Alexa, Najeh and Kylan. Family meant everything to him, and he shared a close bond with his brother, Keron as well as with his extended family and many friends.

In his free time, Kirk found joy in playing basketball and engaging in board games, activities that reflected his love for friendly competition, laughter, and togetherness. He had a calm presence and a generous heart, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Kirk passed away peacefully at home on January 5, 2026. He leaves behind to cherish his memory a large and loving family, along with countless friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, strength, and genuine nature. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of love, loyalty, and quiet resilience will live on forever.
