Jermaine Holmes

Jermaine Anthony Christopher Holmes, affectionately known as Goldie or Infinite, gained his wings on Friday, August 14, 2020.
Born on September 29, 1972 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Emma Lee Holmes and Leon Holden Jr, Jermaine relocated to Albany, NY at the age of 12. He was educated in the Albany public school system and earned his spot in Albany High School’s graduating class of 1991. He was subsequently employed in various capacities.

Left to cherish Jermaine’s memory are his beloved wife, Kaneesha, mother-in-law, Mary (Coleman) Dockery, children Jermaine, Jr., Shateema Holmes, Elijah and Katasha Jones, Infinite, Jahliem, Xavier and Az-Akir Holmes, Ch’Naiyh Russell, Derek Rolle, Shakinah Blair and NahQuan Jones, grandchildren Jordan Holmes, Prince Valace, Elijiana Jones, Adrian and Paris Holmes, Jreu Tarver, Nahliah andCaleb Jones and Nahla Crawley, siblings Samantha Holden-Kimbough, Robin Davis, Kelli Holmes and Ular Dale, godchildren, Jarmaine and Xaviera Crawley, Mychael, Ky’mere, Ky’wuan, My’kere, Michai and Kamajai Thomas, special cousin, Tony Clanton, brother-in-law, Charles B. Tarver, jr. sisters-in-law, Sameialika, Rasheda, Shameeka Tarver, Niya Smith, Nacoyia, Charee and a host of other relatives and friends. Jermaine was preceded in death by sister-in-law Adel Tarver.
