Glenda Arrington passed away peacefully at St Peters Hospital surrounded by her loving family She was born to Oscar and Gassie Arrington in Shubuta, Mississippi,
She leaves to cherish her memories, Mother Gassis Arrington of Heidelberg. Four sisters Orgia, Vacari (Ricky Knowles), and Pree Arrington of Albany, New York. Sophia Arrington Gamble of Laurel. Mississippi.Nieces Ortany Arringtoni, Nikki Arrington, Aja Griffiths of Albany New York and Brianna Gamble of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Nephews Lance Jackson of Albany, New York and Brayton Gamble of Laurel, Mississippi.
Glenda was predeceased by Father Oscar Arrington and sister Donna Arrington Moore of Laurel, Mississippi. She leaves behind her cherished friends Ricky Williams of Los Angeles, CA, Julie and Rachel of Rochester, New York and Eretta.Lyons of Atlanta, GA.
Glenda graduated from Southside High School and moved to Albany, NY to attend SUNY Albany where she obtained her degree in Political Science.
Glenda always had a smile and kind words for you if you could catch up with her as she was always on the go. She worked two jobs retiring from the Federal Government and JC Penneys shoe department.
