On Monday February 13, 2023 Deborah Jean Davis affectionately known as "Bappy" and "Vince" entered into eternal rest at St Peter's Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Deborah was born and raised in Albany NY to the late Lydia Lorraine Bounds and Alfred Davis. Debbie was a graduate of Philip Schuyler High School. Debbie was employed by Villa Mary Immaculate, University Heights , Eden Park and retired from Center for Disabilities after 17 years of service as a Direct Care Counselor.
Debbie was known best for her affectionate laugh and smile. She loved her family, going to family gatherings, cooking, playing cards , listening to her music, family trips, shopping, decorating and going to Atlantic City or Vegas SHE LOVED THOSE SLOT MACHINES!
If you wanted to hear that affectionate laugh ask her to tell you about growing up in a house as the oldest sibling of 10 on Catherine Street. Debbie always giggled and laughed when telling stories of how much fun she had hanging out with her sisters and cousins growing up or at Dells', The New Point, and Chief Lounge to name a few of the places they went to unwind.
Deborah leaves to cherish her memories her 3 Loving Children Kimberly Gilmore, Clayton Snipes and Ramar Davis. She leaves 5 Grandchildren Nakia, Nakim, Khamari, Raykier, Savannah and 1 great-grandson Nakim Jr. Deborah also leaves to cherish her memories her 8 siblings , Constance, Marilyn, Yvonne, Donald, Gregory, Jacqueline , Kevin, and Tamiko(Darrell).
