Chenica Nenee Farilien

Chenica was born April 8th 1984 in Hudson NY and was the eldest child to Tammy and Nelson Farilien. Chenica graduated from Albany High School and earned her Medical Assistant Certification at Branford Hall and her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at Mildred-Elley. Chenica was a good mother who raised 2 beautiful daughters. Loved cooking and music, Chenica is known for her family cookouts and Friendsgivings. Chenica was a kind soul with a smile that everyone loves and  remembers throughout her life.

Chenica is survived by two daughters, Taneecia and Lazairia McNeil, Brother Jermaine Farilien, Sister Neltineca Farilien, niece’s Azia Stratton and Zoey Farilien, and nephews Renzel and Liam Farilien. She also leaves behind her beloved cat Midnight and her dog nephew Chie Chie. Chenica is now in heaven with her grandmother Marion Taylor, Grandfather Johnny Taylor and her uncle Dary Taylor.

Chenica is also survived by Brothers Melisson Farilien Jr. and Markesse Farilien, sisters Chanel Farilien, Tara Clark and Patricia Rodriguez. All though growing up in different households our sibling bond was forever strong.  

Chenica leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles and cousins who love her dearly.
