Daughter of the late Pauline Brandon Mason and the late James Elijah Mason, Sr

Mother of Kimberly Ann Mainville and Thomas James Anthony Mason

Sister to James E Mason, Jr, Wendy R Edmonds, Donald R Mason, and Earl D Mason

Cousin to Frances Elaine Grant, her healthcare proxy.

She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, many cousins, aunts, uncles, and many many friends.

Carol was a graduated of the Ravena Coeymans Selkirk Central High School and Albany Business College. 

She also was a retiree from the Department of Social Services of Albany County.

She was also a long-standing member of the Riverview Missionary Baptist Church.
