Carlotta A. Ragin

Our dear mother Carlotta Ragin sadly passed away on 11/8/2022, at the age of 51. Born in New York, NY, Carlotta Lived and loved in Albany, NY for over 29 years. She had a smile that would light up the room and a laugh that was contagious.  She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community. She was predeceased by her Mother Arlene Ragin and is survived by her father John Hughes Sr.; children Mon’ae, Deon’Taii and Ron’ai; her three beautiful grandchildren Nala, Kaiden and De’Zora. Her extended family and friends will gather for a memorial celebration on December 3, 2022, at S.L. Mclaughlin funeral home at 3 pm.
