Amy L. Helms

Amy L. Helms, transitioned  from this life on March 29, 2025. Her life was a gift and a beautiful story of strenght and compassion. Born in Halifax County Virginia to the late Charles and Lucille Roberts on March 21,1943. Amy leaves three Children, Sheila, Sabrena and Valerie. She also leaves one brother; Vernett Roberts and one sister Thelma Woods of Albany, New York; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren to cherish her memory. Amy was preceeded in death by her parents; three brothers; Clifton, Herman and Welden Roberts; and two sisters; Inez Coles and Frances Davis of Albany, New York. Amy also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends to cherish her memory. In memory of her passing there will be a balloon release on Wednesday, April 9th at Lincoln Park. To participate please be  present at 12:30pm.
